LICENSE OF SOFTWARE 
This document is a contract between the Holder licence (User), and the Copyright Holder (Aldea Srl) software called, which provides software and grant the license. Responsibility for the selection of suitable software to obtain the desired results, as well as the installation, use and the results obtained by the software about fall on the user. Holder software copyright law does not sell any software unless expressly stipulated in the present contract and reserves any rights that are not expressly granted to the holder of the licence.
LICENSE
The Holder Software Copyright Holder grants the license a non-exclusive, non-transferable to install and use the software on a single mobile phone. Any decompilation or disassembly, integral or partial, are formally prohibited.

SOFTWARE LICENSE ACTIVATION 

When the Holder buy the license, an email with the activation code will send.This code must be used in the application (Settings->Activate) for activate the license. The instructions for the purchase of licensing agreements are described on the site of Aldea (https://www.aldea.it).
During activation, the device must have access to the Internet to be able to contact the Aldea site that will generate the license.
The License Holder of use (or Who is the place, if he is a minor) is responsible for the software.

LICENSE LIMITATIONS
EXPIRY

The license does not expire and can be transferred to another device, after deactivating it on the original device.
User is entitled to free updates for the first 12 months of purchase. Subsequently, if he wants to update the version he will have to buy the maintenance service offered by Aldea.
The license holder may cancel the license at any time by uninstalling and / or destroying the software and its copies. It will also be canceled if the license holder fails to comply with one of the terms or conditions of this contract. The license holder agrees to destroy the program and its copies in case of cancellation

LIMITED WARRANTY
The software is supplied in good condition without any express or implied warranty including, implied warranties for marketing or particolar use.All risks related to the quality and performance of the programme are supported by the license holder. In case of bug of the programme licence holder (not the author or the Copyright Holder software) will support all expenses necessary for the location of the defect, repair or fix.
The author and the Copyright Holder software do not guarantee that the functions contained in the programs correspond to the needs of the holder of the licence or that the operation of the program will not be subject to interruptions or errors.
In no case the Copyright Holder shall be formally called to account for damages (civil or criminal) offenses even if attributable to the application bug or device malfunctions.
The License Holder is solely responsible for the correct configuration of the application to fulfill the needs of its installations, the Copyright Holder will offer all the support necessary to choose the best configuration.
In case of software update related to this contract or infrastructure or system software (eg operating system or updates) the License Holder has the task of verifying the correct operation before installation on the devices he has chosen for the use in production.
The Holder License may not require refund of the cost of the licence elapsed demo time (maximum 7 days) software, which is intended as a period of acceptance and verification of the features on its device.
However, Holder License software for the 12 months following the acquisition may request technical support to helpdesk@aldea.it, which will attempt to resolve alerts. Technical support does not guarantee the resolution of anomalies and even less response times, although it will work to find a solution in the shortest possible time.

COST AND BILLING
The cost of the product is not inclusive of VAT. For each purchase an invoice will be issued and sent to the customer (to the data provided at the time of purchase).

GENERAL PROVISIONS
The user declares to have read the present contract, to have understood it and to accept the terms and conditions. It also recognizes that this contract constitutes an integral and exclusive condition of the agreement and replaces any previous or written proposal or agreement and any other communication regarding the subject of this contract.
